Kumagumi is a gaming merch brand born in Kobe, Japan in 2020.

Built by gamers, for gamers. We started flipping imported Japanese consoles on eBay — late nights, no sleep, just pure passion. From there, Kumagumi came to life.

“Kuma” (熊 / Bear) + “Gumi” (組 / Crew). It’s about those endless sessions with friend — off the grid, no internet, just cool energy, fun and memories. Like bears in hibernation, but playing video games.

We create high-quality gaming merch (apparel, prints, accessories) designed for real life — not just conventions. Pieces you can wear anywhere, while still repping the culture.
